Custom Sterling Silver Cross Order Process

- Choose Your Design

* You can select one of the cross designs shown in the photos.
* If you have your own idea, simply send us your sketch or reference image.
* We will review it and let you know whether it can be manufactured.

- Size Specifications

To ensure the highest quality, we have the following production limits:
* Minimum thickness: 1.5 mm. Maximum thickness: 8 mm
* Minimum height: 3 cm. Maximum height: 12 cm
* Maximum width: 7 cm

- Surface Finish
Please note that the surface of the cross will be **smooth and polished**, without decorative patterns or engravings, as shown in the sample photos of our finished crosses.

- Order & Payment Process
1. Once we agree on the final design and size, we will calculate the estimated price.
2. If you are happy with the estimate, we will create the first Etsy listing for 50% of the total estimated cost.
3. After your payment is received, we begin production. Time production 3-4 weeks!
4. When your custom cross is finished, we will send you photos of the completed piece placed on a scale to confirm its final weight, then calculate the final price and create the second Etsy listing for the remaining balance.
5. Once the final payment is completed, we will carefully package and ship your order.
